Prepare a research manuscript that readers can follow
Start with the question and contribution
Explain what your study investigates and why the question matters. Connect your work to relevant literature and identify the specific insight it adds. Avoid broad claims that go beyond the evidence. An abstract should present the purpose, approach and main findings in a form that can be understood without reading the entire manuscript first.
Make methods and evidence clear
Describe the approach used to produce or analyse the evidence. Present tables and figures with informative labels, cite sources consistently and explain the limitations of the work. For research across disciplines, define specialist terms and show how the different perspectives relate to the research question.
Check the complete submission
Before uploading, confirm the author information, references, permissions and supporting files. All listed authors should agree to the submission. Follow the journal’s author guidelines and preparation checklist, including its requirements concerning originality and simultaneous submission.
Understand the editorial journey before submitting
An editor assesses each submission for suitability and minimum standards of quality. Manuscripts considered a good fit are sent for peer review before an editorial decision. The stated review timeline is 3 working days; it does not guarantee acceptance or a publication date. When changes are requested, a clear response to each comment helps explain how the manuscript has been improved.
